Electronic Judicial Domicile

Established by the National Council of Justice (Conselho Nacional de Justica – CNJ), the Electronic Judicial Domicile (Domicilio Judicial Eletronico) centralizes, in a single environment, judicial service of process and procedural notifications, whose availability marks the beginning of the legal knowledge and the commencement of procedural deadlines, with a direct impact on the visibility and management of such deadlines.

Companies that operate with API integration automatically capture and process these communications through their internal systems, without the need for manual access to the platform.

The update amends the current model for generating and using API access credentials, which will be entirely replaced, with the aim of reinforcing the platform's security mechanisms and reducing vulnerabilities.

In this context, companies must renew, by March 31, 2026, the access credentials used in the integration, as a requirement for maintaining authentication and the automated flow for capturing judicial service of process and procedural notifications.

Without the update, the integration will be interrupted, resulting in the loss of the automated communications capture flow and a reduction in visibility over the information made available on the platform, which affects the management of incoming judicial service of process and notifications and increases exposure to procedural risks.

The Litigation and Arbitration team is available to provide clarifications and guidance on the matter.
