Mr. Lima is actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, participating in transactions in the industrial, financial, capital market, technology and services sectors. Experienced in the conception and execution of tax, corporate and succession planning, general corporate restructuring and establishing and improving corporate governance. Mr. Lima has also assisted foreign capital investments in Brazil and Brazilian investments abroad.
