Bio

Daniella Raigorodsky Monteiro has more than 25 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, corporate governance and risk management. She advises Brazilian and multinational companies, publicly and privately held corporations, family-owned businesses and investors on corporate and M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, business transformation projects and other complex strategic matters.

Her experience combines a strong legal and transactional background with a broad business perspective, further developed through her service on boards of directors, fiscal councils and advisory boards. This perspective enables her to work closely with senior management and support strategic decision-making, integrating corporate structuring, transactions, governance and risk management to help clients navigate their key challenges and strategic initiatives.

  • Executive education in corporate governance, including programs at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), the London School of Economics (LSE), Kaospilot and SDA Bocconi.
