Lucas Peres has an extensive expertise in structuring financial products, securitization transactions, corporate finance, securities issuance, and transactions involving entities regulated by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN). He advises both domestic and international clients on financial market and capital market regulations. Additionally, he plays a role in setting up fintech companies and devising innovative financial products and business models.
