Professor of Tax Law in the MBA in Corporate Law, at Getúlio Vargas Foundation - FGV. Professor in the LL.M in Corporate and Capital Markets Law at IBMEC/RJ. Admitted to Brazilian Bar, 1998. Member of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and the Brazilian Association of Financial Law – ABDF.
